Beau celebrated his 20-year anniversary with our team in 2022, having joined right out of university in 2002.

With a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Space, he began in a graduate role focused on air and noise, and quickly expanded his skills, working across a variety of services before eventually specialising in noise management.

In the past two decades, Beau has worked on several of our flagship projects, including undertaking extensive noise emissions work for the Brisbane Clem 7 tunnel.

Beau has also been instrumental in growing the Event Noise Management part of our business, which provides a highly specialist service that assists venues and largescale events to meet the conditions they need to acquire licences, comply with environmental noise regulations, and implement live noise management plans.

His expertise has seen him travel up and down the east coast of Australia, advising and attending some of our country’s biggest festivals and events, including Splendour in the Grass, Falls Festival and major music and sports events hosted in arenas including the Sydney Cricket Ground and the Gabba Stadium.

Beau loves the local and friendly workplace feel of Trinity, even as it presents opportunities to work with people from around the world and tap into a global knowledge network that delivers continuous learnings and input from a wealth of different countries and projects.

Outside of work, Beau lives for the great outdoors, making the most of our mild Queensland weather with plenty of rock climbing, hiking and beach volleyball – and then making escapes to the snow whenever he can to indulge his “number one passion”, which he tells us is snowboarding!
