How we helped
Trinity provides ongoing noise monitoring and event management support during concerts and events, and periodic review of sporting events, at the Sydney Football Stadium and Sydney Cricket Ground.
This has involved live attended noise monitoring of operating levels, both internally at the mixing desk operations and at a variety of locations externally. The data is used to review compliance with operational limits, and provide live feedback on optimising the event’s volume.
In 2019, Trinity was entrusted with updating the Sydney Cricket Ground’s noise management plan, which was the focal point of entertainment during the redevelopment of the football stadium, (scheduled for completion late 2022).
About the project
Trinity has helped manage more than 15 concerts across the two facilities, as well as countless sporting events. Our event involvement includes U2, Coldplay, Eminem, Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, Sia, Foo Fighters, Bon Jovi, the Edinburgh Tattoo, and one day international and test match cricket events.
Our wealth of experience in the nuances of the venues, and the sensitivities of the surrounding residents, as well as the ability to talk-the-talk with production and mixing staff, have solidified the Trinity relationship with the two venues and the governing body, Venues NSW.
