Disha Gadre is an accomplished chemical/environmental engineer and Regional Manager at Trinity Consultants, leading the firm’s environmental consulting (EC) operations in Australia. With over a decade of experience in the U.S., she brings a rare blend of strategic insight, technical expertise, and human-centric leadership. She excels at identifying patterns and alternative pathways to move projects forward – especially in complex regulatory environments. Disha thrives on connecting ideas across domains – whether it’s integrating permitting strategy with stakeholder engagement or optimising sustainability goals through life cycle thinking.

She has worked extensively with clients in sectors including mining, power plant, data centre, steel, ammunition, cement, aggregates, petroleum refining, aerospace, semiconductor, aluminium extrusion, and foam manufacturing. Her capabilities span air quality licensing, compliance strategy, multimedia auditing, air dispersion modelling, risk management planning, environmental impact assessment (EIAs), and emissions reporting.

Disha holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. She has served on several professional boards and councils, including the Environmental & Natural Resources Section of the State Bar of Arizona and the Environmental Professionals of Arizona (EPAZ), where she was also the longtime conference chair and Board member. Disha is also a passionate educator – regularly teaching continuing legal education (CLE) courses and delivering talks at industry conferences on air quality regulation, life cycle assessment, and sustainability.

Outside of work, Disha enjoys staying fit through yoga and Pilates, playing volleyball, travelling to sights unseen, and trying out new experiences. She is excited for the opportunity to explore the beautiful Australian landscape.
